Health & Safety

In Health and Safety we strive for the highest possible standards. Our especially appointed Head of Health and Safety, Reena Appadoo leads all our H&S activities. 

Providing business support, Reena ensures that occupational health and safety, food hygiene and the environment remain integral to our management systems and staff development programmes. She updates us on all H&S legislation and industry best practice guidance to guarantee that our catering teams comply with legal requirements, risk management and due diligence.

She also works with our external safety partner, the European Safety Bureau, to oversee all our food safety practices and maintain the well being of our staff, customers and other valued stakeholders.The European Safety Bureau completes annual safety audits at all our catering units and advises on the high level strategic training of all our Operations Directors and Managers.  

We aim to lead the way in Health and Safety policies and we are confident in being able to achieve this.
